scrum with mantis?

Hi All,
My company is using Mantis for bug and feature tracking, and I'd like to start implementing simple Scrum for some projects.

Does anyone have any experience doing this?

To make it work at all I'd need to generate a Product Backlog report, and could initially do the rest of the process manually. I think to do this I'm going to throw together some independant code that looks at mantis's tables, but advice on doing this appreciated, especially as if it's useful successful, I'll then be automating the sprint baclog, burndown reports, etc. as well.

Cheers,

JL

I believe that Scrum support will be a great addition to Mantis, and I wanted this done for a while now. With the release of 1.2.0a2 which has support for plugins, my thinking is that we should have a Scrum plugin for Mantis. The scrum plugin can create its own tables, include its own reports, and add whatever necessary forms / behavior. Hence, this would be the way I approach implementing this feature.

Great idea!
What the start? Planning the sprint/iteration within releases?
