Dear all,

is there an auto reminder ooption in mantis?
I have already seen this feature somewhere. Every user (or users above reports e.g.) can reminded of their open issues once a week, for example.

We use version 1.0.5

Two plugins:

• Reminder: Send an email to remind bugs assigned (but not resolved), bugs unassigned...
• Weekly: Send an email at the end of the week with all bugs that have changed during the week.

I installed both reminders, but non of them works.
Maybe there's a problem with the "Field containing the deadline". There is no item in the scroll down menu, though I have 2 custom fields, which could contain a deadline. Both fields can be seen in manage->Custom Fields.

What's to do?

No it is not the deadline field (it could be left empty). Check your logs to see if there is an error. How do you send the reminder (by the script with a scheduled task or by browsing the reminder_send.php page)?
