Mantis Bug Tracker - Forums

I just downloaded the latest stable version and installed it last night. I've been playing around with everything I can do to an issue. One thing I cannot figure out is how to open it back up. I can change the status all day long. But I cannot see how to change the resolution from 'fixed'

And where is this time tracking feature? Can't find that either. And I've looked in the manual for both.

I am also interesting in learning where the Time Tracking feature is. I evaluating Mantis as a possible replacement for Bugzilla for my organization. I haven't found any info on the Time Tracking feature in the manual either.
