Mantis Bug Tracker - Forums

Good morning,

We have been using Mantis now at Compass Group UK & Ireland for a good three years. We are finding it a great tool & it has many advantages
Ideally we would like to add some new status' to meet the needs of our testing/development stages and the progression of the incident as it goes through it's life cycle.

We currently have;
Assigned
Under Investigation
In Development
Unit Testing
Ready to Re-Test
Failed Re-Test
Closed

We would like to add at least another 2 & edit/tweak the wording on another 2 if possible. Could someone please advise me on how we would be able to do this??

Also could someone please advise me on how we can upgrade to the latest version as we haven't upgraded since we have started using Mantis.
I would be grateful if someone could respond with any advice - it would be very much appreciated.
