Bug tracking for Very Normal People and less

Hi, I don't have more beta tester and my tester tipically are final users. In particoular when I realease a beta of a program I send it to my users and work.
When an user, during the work, have a problem call me on telephone and explane the problem who the user have find.
This procedure it's booring and expensive in time and money.
I ask if the mantis Project have an Web Services like SOAP or XML RPC for doing a little and simple interface for integrate in my web site and encourage the user to compilate a simple step by step interface. In finish i send the data collected with SOAP or XML RPC to my Mantis installation and the game is off.
