[1.1.1] Creating new status

Hello,
I want to add two new status for one project, but they aren't in the config_inc.php.
Then, I added this new status in the status_enum_workflow of the project but users only see @35@ and @85@.
My problem is :
I think I have to add this new statsus in the config_inc.php but I don't know if all the project will see the two new status.
There are like 50 project on my Mantis server and only one project have to see this status.
Can someone help me to add this status only for that project?
