Hello, folks. How i can switch language of the main page, registration process and conformation email from the English to the Russian? Is there any solution?

Take a look in the config_default_inc.php file

Allright but there is still a problem.
$g_default_language and $g_fallback_language is set to french
Still, when I'm making a new user, his default language is english.
I know they can still change the default language by the preference menu. But how can I set language to french by default?
