Hello everybody!

Thanks for the great help so far.
Now there's only one issue left I couldn't figure out on my own yet: is it possible to remove/hide certain entry fields when reporting and updating a request?
I'm talking mainly about the bug-tracking related fields such as "OS", "Reproducibility", "Product Build", and "Resolution".

I'm sure there is a better, more correct way to do it. However my low tech method was to edit the report page to remove those fields from the form. The the issue is report those fields get empty strings entered into the database. Works for me.

Quick 'n dirty, but it'll do. Thanks!
