Mailing rules

Hi all,


I have a little problem about defining emailing rules.

I would like, that users (min reporters) which monitor a bug receive an email.

Actually :
- if check the box "notify on a new note" in my account, I receive all mails on a new note on all projects where I'm reporter (event if I dont monitor the bugs)
- if I uncheck the box "notify on a new note" in my account, I don't receive mails on a new bug note event if I monitor the bugs.

Witch configuration should I have to receive mails only on new notes on bugs I monitor ?
More generally, is there is a document that explain the mailing rules ?
