hi,

i have installed mantis 1.1.6 (downloaded from zdnet.com)
i have logged in with admin user name and password,
i have created a new user, the new user have not received activation mail .

what should i do to ensure that the new user gets the confirmation email.

You must go to file - config_defaults_inc.php go to line no. 337 & set options to send email as you required. Hope it would work for you

Shouldn't this be done in config_inc.php , using the data from config_defaults_inc.php ??
