Status Bar on My View/View Issues pages

Dear Members,
I have migrating from version 1.1.x to 1.2.0a3 and from Linux Server to Windows server. Database migrated across from MySql v 4 to MySql v5 using the MySQL Migration Kit
Upgrade completed successfully. Everything is working fine for the previous accounts.
If I create a new account and go to "My View" page, I see on the status bar (coloured bar from the bottom of the page) only 2 entries and 2 colours "New" and "Assigned" instead of seeing all 8 statuses and 8 colours.
We have some custom status entries and custom colours which are displayed correctly everywhere else on the page.
Same issue repeats itself on "View Issues" page.
I am new to Mantis and cannot find if this is a configuration problem or a bug.
