Using Mantis 0.19.2

Are the ID fields in the issue listing sequential? (e.g. issue 000010 comes chronologically before 000011). Is this field a key, is it unique?

Also are the issue ID numbers and Note ID numbers separate unique identifiers or do these sets of numbers overlap?

Both numbers should be unique and sequential in time. They do not necessarily match however.
