Win2008 IIS7 PHP Mantis 1.1.8 500.0 internal server error

Please help me somebody!It is very important to work.
I have a windows 2008 server with IIS 7. The iis7 works, the php 5 and fastCGI work, too. But when I would install the Mantis 1.1.8, the /admin/install.php page gives me a 500.0 IIS7 internal server error message. What should I configure to work the system fine? I configured the fastCGI with the help of this online video: http://www.msdnkk.hu/Articles/PHP_futta ... ver_felett I enclose two more screenshot link about the error message, and the working php.
