Integrate HPQC with Mantis

Hello world,
my company is using now HPQC to manage test campains. I need to customize
A-Defect creation process
1-create a defect into HPQC
2-create corresponding defect description into Mantis
3-validate that new mantis defect has been created into mantis and get his id into HPQC corresponding defect
B-synchronize changes into HPQC
Does someone might help me on how to ? What about using MantisConnect ?
