How to update simply, quickly mantis 1.0.1
to actual version ?
With same datas, off course

Not exist one solve. You must test upgrade on copy to last actual version.
If you can't do this self, you can ask help from developers

Datas and files (1.0.1) are backuped
Mantis 1.1.8 are installed
Upgrade procedure are respected
