I'll be deploying the latest Mantis in our web hosting space. The problem is, the admin account for mySQL database cannot be provided by the web hosting (understandably due to security reasons). In this regard, I cannot use the mantis admin page to create new installation as I cannot provide the mysql account that can create database.

Is there any way I can proceed with installation but skip database creation and just execute sql script to do the necessary things in database? Also, are there any available sql scripts for this purpose?

When I remeber right there is a option on the admin page to "show" the sql statements instead of executing them.
If I understand you right that is what you need.

The installation dont change anything on the files. it just creates the tables or modifies them on updates
