Mantis 1.2 Plugin Import/Export 1.0

Hi
I tryed to use/test this plugin but I failed:(
I dont find any option where I can export a ticket with this Plugin. (tested xml and csv export and tryed to import the export but bot didnt work)
When I try to import a file I fail because I have no idea how the file should look like. As there is no help or docu I am lost.
Can anyone tell me how the file should look like
