Change timezone

Hi,
Can you say me how can we change the timezone of mantisBT? Actualy I have UTC timezone and I need to change to CET timezone.

You can choose a timezone in your userprofile. I am not sure if there is a global setting for this.
i would also be interested if it is possible to set a default value for the timezone

I don't see where. Tell me if i'm going to the wrong place:
Main menu->My Account: 3 Options in demo, 2 in my program (all except 'My Sponsorships'). I look in all of them and i don't see anything how could help me to change timezone.
