Mantis Bug Tracker - Forums

Hi,

Sorry for my bad english.
In my company we currently use Mantis as bugtracker in several projetcs.
we regularly meet problem of server IIS that crashes and need to be restart. In fact it is impossible to connect to mantis and the reason is a crash of server.
Does someone know this problemvand have a solution ?

Are you using PHP with fastcgi ?

Thanks for you reply.
We migrated mantis under apache now. But the problem occurs again.
The php version is 5.3.0, i don't know if we use fastcgi (is it visible via phpinfo ?).
We use both Testlink and Mantis to link bug to test case. Perhaps the problem comes from that.
Anyway, we encounter the problem even with apache. It seems not to be a problem of IIS.
