Where I write my note on Mantis, how can I link to an issue.
Example:
I have issue posted , and some one else posted a different issue, and I want to add a not to it, in the note I want to write like this( you need to go issue #16 to post your note), I want #16 to be a link when they click on it to take them to that issue.

Although it depends on the value you have set in your configuration ($g_bug_link_tag) by default typing a hash followed by a number will create a link to that number (just as it did in your post there!).
