eMails are not localized?

Hi folks,
i am using german as the default language of mantis. So everything is translated to german, except the notification emails.
I use Version 1.0.0r2 unde XAMPP and Mercury/32 v4.01a.
Any help is welcome to change the languaghe of the email.
