Prohibit reporter to see who the issue is assigned to

I don't want any reporter to see how I distribute work in my organization. But I still want to be able to assign work to my developers. Is that possible?

It is partially possible. Checkout the following configuration option:
$g_view_handler_threshold = DEVELOPER;
