Anybody out there try this before?

Basically want to convert to using Mantis for an existing database thats in fm pro. So, the task would be to spit a big Filemaker Pro database out to a CSV file then into a Mantis mySQL db via some scripting of one kind or another.

Any suggestions/pointers/caveats for tackling this?
