Send mail to the user that have the project assigned

Hallo, I wan to sen an e-mail notification to the user that have the project assigned every time a new issue is being inserted. How I can do this?

Then U have to configure notification system..
Check, as on picture - it's in polish language, but you have to look for:
Management then Config Management and finally Email notifications.
There should be in second column something like issue_handler which just should be marked on for Email when assigned.. Or try with next columns where every action is assigned (or not) to Access level of users...
