After upgrade from 0.19.2 to 1.0-RC2 is filtering totally broken - give no result. For example - setting how many rows (bugs) will be in result (change from default 50 to 200) results with zero rows listening.

So I downgrade .PHP scripts to 0.19.3. Is it dangerous for data in database?

What is with RC2? Is it well known problem?

Yup, and it has been fixed too:

If you upgrade to 1.0.0rc3, you will need the fix for #6379 which will be included in 1.0.0rc4.
