Transfer single projects

Mantis Version 0.19.3
LAMPP System with PHP 4.x
How can I transfer a single project from one Mantis installation with own databases to another. Both Mantis installations have several projects in it, so I can't backup the whole mysql db and import them in the new one.
How can integrate old projects from the old mantis installation into another already running mantis installation with many running projects ?
