Hello,

1. IS it possible to have different Bugids for different projects. i.e. i don't want the bugs to be in the sequential order for all the projects.
2. Can I customize the bug id . is it possible?

It is not possible. If you want, you have to hack the PHP code.

To achieve that you will need to have a separate MantisBT installation per project. Otherwise, it is not supported and will probably never be.
