Mantis 1.0.0r3

I set up email...i left the default setting and also set up an smtp server. Both work when I test the email from the admin section.

If I create new issues, change the status, etc. no one gets any emails. I'm not sure why. Orginally I tried Mantis 1.0.0r3 with Postgresql and this was all working fine (emails worked great). I switched over to MySQL set up a new mantis installation and now the email isn't working for my projects. Again, it does work from the /admin/ test page.

I'm not sure what the problem is.

I have the same problem. Some users do receive email. But others don't and the email adresses are correct. If I send a test email it works and arrives @ my mailbox but not mails with bugreports. I am using : Mantis 1.0.0rc2
