The page cannot be displayed

Hi,
I have hosted mantis BT on windows 2k3 server successfully, but very oftenly I am getting an error "The page cannot be displayed" while accessing - I have to restart the server whenever I get this error to fix the issue. Please help me to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance
