proofing procedures possible?

Is there any possibility to integrate proofing procedures into Mantis (0.19 or newest rc)?
I mean following:
We are proofing documents with mantis.
These documents should always be proofed the same way:
Every document is a category in our Project
e.g.:
Is there a title in the document? YES/NO
Are the Document Properties set? YES/NO
Is the index correct? YES/NO
...
Is it possibile to have these questions below already under every category (document) set. So the person who proofs the document nows already the items which needs to be proofed.
