Since translations are now handled via TranslateWiki, this should no longer be needed. Please refer to How to create or update a translation for details on the translation process

Validating translations:

• Run http://localhost/mantisbt/admin/test_langs.php to make sure that the new file doesn't introduce syntax errors.
