Summary	0010484: Changes after admin timeout cause destruction!
Description	If you log in and say go to the 'workflow threshold page' if you wait until you the admin timeout has kicked in then make a change and submit, it trashes lots of stuff!
Steps To Reproduce	Log in as admin go to Work flow threshold wait for timeout make change and save. Observe destruction!
