Summary	0012233: Invalid security token when adding a note to a bug
Description	Occasionally, when I try to add a note to a bug I get the error message that says the security token is invalid (because I submitted the form twice). I did not submit the form twice. I usually get this error when I type long notes. Maybe there is some timestamp as part of the security token?
