Summary	0019570: Custom Field - Cannot blank the value
Description	I am currently using a custom field in 1.3.0-beta.2 and once I enter data into the custom field if I click edit on a ticket and simply blank the data out to remove anything from that field it does not update and keeps the previous data. If I update the data to another value it will update.
Steps To Reproduce	Add a text custom field to a project. Create a new ticket. Edit the ticket to put data into the custom field. Save the ticket. Edit the ticket to remove the data you just entered into the custom field. Save the ticket. The field is not updated.
