Summary	0023052: APPLICATION ERROR #2800 occurs in every action
Description	I have just made a clean installtion of the latest product version I have successfully installed it, however the only thing I can do is login as administrator and thats it. I cannot change my password, I cannot create any other users, I cannot create a issue, I cannot create a category. Every time I click any sumbit button I got APPLICATION ERROR #2800. Running on apache 2 and PHP 5.6.29 + MySQL database on debian 8 OS.
