Summary	0002547: Need to add an 'I forgot my password' option
Description	An "I forgot my password" option on the main login dialogue, which would then send the user a one-time expiring password for them to use when logging in. Once they use that password to log in, they are immediately brought to a page that forces them to change their password, and then logs them out, where they can then use that new password (and update their cookie) to continue to use the system.
