The error shows its a problem with a plugin called Forward, not with EmailReporting. I suggest you take it up with the developer of that plugin.
Sidenote. EmailReporting has some recent fixes for issues with MantisBT 2.27.0. I suggest you update to the latest 0.11.0-DEV version on github.
