Summary	0007277: suggestion for new issue status
Description	I see this system listing a handful of issues in front of all others, being kind of announcements. I would like to have this feature in my issue trackers, too. But wouldn't this be easily done by introducing a new status, which could only be selected and changed by administrators and managers, called "announcement"? This would not break the filter logics and could allow any issue to become an announcement.

thraxisp 2006-07-13 10:45 reporter ~0013098	We do have "Sticky" issues in 1.x. If you click the checkbox to the right of the issue, there is a "Make Sticky" item in the dropdown at the bottom of the list.
