Summary0009074: Request for extension of the “Issue Status Percentage” bar
Description

When having a lot of issues in the database (17,164 in our case) the bar shows 96% closed and other status show 1% or they are left out due to rounded to 0%. So the bar becomes meaningless. It would be an improvement to show a second bar showing the pecentage of non-closed issues.
