Description

$s_no_bugnotes_msg message at strings_russian.txt, strings_russian_1251.txt, strings_russian_koi8.txt misses symbol '?' ('t') in "????????????" ("commenTs") word.

Steps To Reproduce

There was the same typo in Mantis 1.0.6, too.

Anyway, I have written the name of string ($s_no_bugnotes_msg), so I guess any russian-speaking developer (achumakov?) can see and fix the typo.
