Summary0009543: Setting Project to "Disabled" and Project Dissappears
Description

If you "untick" the Enabled checkbox for a Project on the Admin screen then the Project no longer appears in the Admin list of Projects.

It is correct that the Project should not appear in the project selector top/right of the browser, but it should still appear in the Admin list surely? This would be consistent with the User Admin which still shows inactive users.

This is a big deal as somebody may re-add a Project that is already present in the system but is not showing in Admin because it is "inactive".

This has already been fixed in SVN trunk; marked as duplicate of 0009519.
