  • Removed hard-coded uses of RESOLVED status to mark a defects as readonly.
  • Removed hard-coded uses of REPORTER access level.
  • Updated the localistaion of email_reset() api (this was marked with @@@)
  • Changed the printing of status/handler in the print_all_bug_page.php to be consistent with view_all_inc.php

(Next is to remove hard-coded use for MANAGER and UPDATER statuses).
