  (print_header_redirect): added a new paramter $p_die, which tells the function whether to die after printing the headers

I'm half wondering whether a function in the print_api should every die since all it should be doing is printing. We may want to have a helper_redirect() or something that calls print_header_redirect() and then dies.

This change is being implemented mostly to facilitate emailing and stuff that may take a long time to process. We can pass false to print_header_redirect(), turn of output buffering, output something to make sure the headers are sent, and then carry on processing.
