Replace hardcoded use of FEEDBACK constant

Commit 2aef5d9f83dcad6f51d7623982f9a1830d771c7d introduced a new
bug_feedback_status threshold to let users customise the feedback status
level.

This new configuration option should be used instead of the FEEDBACK
constant in other parts of the code.
