Created source-control aware wrapper around buildrelease.py.
--ref to select branch/tag names
--branches to find and build all remote branches
--suffix to apply a version suffix to all refs built
--auto-suffix to generate a Git-aware branch-hash suffix for each ref built
--clean and --docbook passed to buildrelease.py
