Updated CREDITS file

With the addition of .mailmap file, the "Contributors" section can now
be easily updated with the output of the following command:

git shortlog -s -n |cut -f2

This can be achieved automatically by running the 'update-credits.sh'
script (in the mantisbt-tools repository).
