Issue Trend chart: y axis adjustments

  • Regression: y axis no longer starts at 0 - caused by
    scales.[x/y]Axes.ticks.beginAtZero renamed to scales[id].beginAtZero
  • Set precision = 0 to avoid ticks with decimal values
