Fix Continuous Integration badge

Since the move from TravisCI to GitHub Actions, the badge on the Builds
page no longer reflect the actual status, as it is still pointing to
Travis.

Changing the URL to show status from GitHub Action "MantisBT unit tests"
workflow execution.

Fixes #35652
