Fixing a small typo that crept into r1.7: a closing square bracket was inadvertently being appended to the checkbox access level values. This did not cause any problems, and is not a critical fix, because manage_config_work_threshold_set.php already runs the received data through gpc_get_int_array() thus even before this fix the page works correctly.
