Summary	0010058: Search for duplicates on submit
Description	We should add a heuristic search to find bugs that may be duplicates based on key words in the summary. When a new bug is entered, the user could be asked if this bug is a duplicate before it is entered.

We currently see many duplicate entries beeing filed, because the search for them is too complicated: You may have to switch to "all projectes" remove all previous filters (maybe) set display closed too, or at least finished then search for the keywords Due to this effort, most users just fill in a new report instead of searching for an existing one. This is a feature most bugtrackers already have, so it would be good to have sth. similar. Maybe just start with a simple solution.
